My favorite subject to photograph have to be newborn babies. There is just something so captivating about them. Here are a few from baby Marli's session. She brought her big brother with too.

Valerie was so much fun to photograph in her dance outfit. One of my favorite things about working with seniors is that I get to draw from their own personal interests.

Now that things are starting to slow down a bit after the Christmas season, I thought I'd take the time to share a few fun images with a holiday theme. Aveyn looks adorable in my fun holiday hat. Hat created by Elf Co. here in town. They come in adult sizes too!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize all the men and women that have served our country. Let's all be thankful for not only what they do but the families that they leave at home. I can only imagine how hard that must be. I get to come home each night and see my family. And I get to sleep safely at night. When I think of all the violence that happens all over the world I feel very grateful that I don't know that kind of fear. So much to be thankful for. So, to all those Veterans out there I thank you.

One of my clients asked me to make a donation to an auction for a little girl with terminal brain tumors. I of course said yes but wanted to do more. When I contacted the family to give my donation I asked them if they would be willing to let me photograph this amazing little girl with her Dad. They said yes. It's an incredible honor to capture the love these two share. Part of being in the business I'm in is giving back to others. This is my gift to Grace.

This isn't just a fun hobby to me or a quick way to make some extra cash. This is about creating lasting images that will be cherished forever. If you know of someone suffering from a terminal illness that I could help with beautiful portraits let me know. (there is no charge for this)

Not too long ago I had the chance to work with an amazing henna artist. Jens Werner (or as she's known in my family, the face paint lady) created a work of art on a work of art! How cool is that?

I've always wanted to say that. Sadly I'm not with the band but if I were this would be a cool band to be "with".
